Proactive property management!

Find a House is a reliable, proactive property manager. We're happy to take full management off your hands—or selected parts of it. Landlords', investors' and owners' needs always come first. Hassle-free letting with management tailored to you.


Financial management

Financial management covers mainly keeping the financial administration involved in managing an (investment) property. Examples include:

  • Collecting rent and handling related financial processing
  • Providing periodic administrative rental statements to the owner
  • Taking action on rent arrears
  • Making payments with the landlord's approval
  • Processing invoices for gas, electricity, water and cleaning

We also handle the annual permitted rent increase. When a tenant moves in or out, we arrange the initial and final inspections and prepare the final settlement.


Technical management

Technical management is mainly about maintaining your property. That includes:

  • Handling reports from tenants about defects and faults
  • Carrying out inspections in response to complaints
  • Periodic and preventive inspections (if desired)
  • Handling complaint-related maintenance

We handle reports and inspections according to the agreements we've made with you. Communication with mechanics, plumbers and contractors runs through Find a House. We'll contact you when needed. When tenants change, we carry out move-in and move-out inspections and keep a close eye on the condition of the property.
